Do you know what I should feel happy that the Equality Advisory Support Service (used to be Commission for Rascal Equality, then changed their dame to something or the other England and now yet another change ;s ) has asked me if they can be of assistance, but I don’t… their role as a part of the government is to defuse, reduce and make sure the worst of the discriminatory cases do not come to the attention of the public at large along with that of ensuring that payments are kept down to a minimum and cases settled out of court. They only offer assistance to those that have a 70% or more chance of winning and as such are more interested in statistics and resolution to justify the great expense and employment of themselves. They are not in the least bit impartial and their information systems is not designed to assist those starting out but rather to inform them of the difficulties in bringing cases to court and thereby put of the majority of individuals that go to them for assistance. They are an arm of the government that looks out for itself…..!
