Biblical Justifications
I have been a bible studier for twenty five years and have not reached the end of it yet. I have studied with Rasta’s CofE Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses and some others that I would not put a religious restriction upon. If I were to claim allegiances to any it would be Rasta for all take from religion that which is required for one’s self and one’s people based upon one’s own desires and inclinations but one cannot be Rasta in mine eye’s when one has chosen to devoice ones wife for to be Rasta is to accept the responsibility of leading one’s people in perceived righteousness of spiritual guidance it was thus that I chose to cut off my locks for one must lead by example and I had no intention of adding to the line of Rastitutes that daily sell out our kind. As I embark upon the study of “Revelation its Grand Climax At Hand!” with the JW’s I’m told that I am the first that my bible mentor has studied this book with outside of a group context the justification being that it requires a level of understanding that is usually only approached in a group context. I take issue with this along with many things for it resembles indoctrination and social pressures that play such a large part in all things social. Just because I cuss and give you a glimpse of that which I undertake do not be mistaken to think that you know let alone are able to judge me for being the judgemental individual that I am using the bible as my ruler I find so many so called Christians or people of faith to be without and wanting and by mere observation I would state quite openly that they are deceivers of themselves and others for they are worldly in nature and kind and that goes from pastor to parishioners. Should a judgement day ever come then I will stand alone for I will not show allegiance to anything of this world for even the bible undergoes yearly updates and revisions in the justification that is it being made easier simpler to understand my understanding of that is if you water down something while there be a hint of it’s originality what you create is something new and this new notion concept of any form of religion I cannot adhere to…!

Leicestershire CPS withhold discloser
Leicestershire CPS withhold discloser stating unsecure email to be the justification…. in that case why didn’t you send it with the letter informing me of such… dumbasses… pure bureaucracy at it’s fullest….! The information requested was copies of the CPS’s eight year campaign to try and obtain a conviction none of which has thus far been successful several having been overturned in court upon self representation I’m not joking with you people and while you may line your pockets at my restriction I can read and know how to state facts and am an aware enough individual to observe unjustifiable behaviour for you constant is we have investigated Mr Wilks before of course you have the same as you have settled out of court before for discriminatory practices obviously your still upset with loosing…!

I may not like some of you
I can honestly say that it has been my experience that those whom attempt to restrict are those whom fear change the most and are scared of appearing small in the shadow of another my limited words of wisdom would be step out of your own inadequacy and realise that it is you that turned the light off to be in darkness for we all are able to shine in our individual and unique way I may not like some of you but I love you all xxXxx

I’m concerned that my case of the 6th of March in which I will be representing myself in regards to the challenging of an alleged assault case for doing to a headmaster a fraction of that which was done and allowed to be done by him to my son has been slapped with a press restriction. The fact that I will be demonstrating the longevity of the discriminatory practices of the school and it’s continual support by not only Leicestershire CPS and local Rutland Police and community I suppose has nothing to do with it. But seeing as I am not a member of the press I will be posting not only my defence on line but all requests and information in relation to the case.

Catmose College official admissions policy….
The first question my son was asked by the principal Mr Stuart Williams was “why should I let you attend this school that my daughter goes to” … I have yet to be shown what part of the school admissions policy this comes under and this “man” has gone on to show his discriminatory nature by the harassment verbal bullying and allowing the physical bullying of my son by members of his staff. This has been continually endorsed by the board of governors the local Rutland County Council the local MP Alan Duncan the local Rutland police and the Leicestershire Crown Prosecution Service. This is not one act of discriminatory practice carried out by an individual it is a reflection of the ideology which openly states blacks are not welcome in the county of Rutland and they will do anything including the disadvantaging of a child’s education and future to ensure it stays that way to say nothing of what they would attempt with an adult. The continued attempt by Rutland Police and Leicestershire Crown Prosecution Service has seen me successfully defend myself in court every year for the last seven years but their goal has been achieved in that this has placed me in the position where although being successful in my own defence this means that there is always something that they can place on my enhanced CRB i.e “we are investigating Mr Wilks for” this is the direct supporting of Rutland County Councils first official statement to me upon the first investigation stating quiet clearly “we don’t want your kind here and we will make sure you never work in Rutland again”. Working has never been my motivation it was and continues to be fairness, justice, honesty and the pursuit of that which enhances all. I will not be deterred….! xxXxx
