Misrepresentation….

I could go on and on and moan about this nob head of a solicitor but here are the facts…

• Withheld my interview tapes for three months knowing that it identified a claim for discrimination that the police refuse to investigate
• Now that the firm are dismissed they continue to withhold the tape knowing that I am defending myself in an appeal
• Did not disclose information received from the CPS several weeks prior to my court appearance
• Upon my first meeting with this idiot his first question was what do I think I am doing living in Oakham
• Within the first five minutes this fool felt comfortable enough to state “you were a twat when you were young your a twat for moving to Oakham your a twat for taking on people in Oakham”
• Refused to question the witnesses during my court appearance
• Refused to question the legality of my arrest and detention
• Refused to make application to the court for the exclusion of evidence based upon dubious acquisition
• Refused to present character witnesses
• Refused to state anything positive in regards to my persona
• Refused to present information placing the supposed assault in the context of protective actions in discriminatory abuse towards a minor

I am a home grown terrorist in the making… it is obvious that the likes of Alan Duncan have far too much influence with the courts council and police within Rutland and Leicester… I now only pray for the chance to take out as many of them as possible at a single stroke…!

I look about me and I see a society that has lost its hope and replaced its dreams with that reality of mind that requires compensation for its loss for to give up ones dreams comes at a hefty price for every day is a reminder and thus requires consoling and it is thus that what is not given is taken in kind xxX xxX

Racism and hatred are legitimate attempts at the attempt to take back a power that was given away mistakenly all be it deceitfuly for we are that generation that in man put our trust as man showed his scientific ability to manipulate nature balanced with that desire to change but with the focus being upon science has blinded our view of change for it does not equate to acceptance xxX xxX

Regardless of ones culture barbarism is just that a passing of collective normality but we expect and accept just that and have built a culture around dealing with rather than eradicating it with the governments desperation to stay in power there be yet another emotional tug at the heart string with what about the mentally ill yes prime minister what about them for for far too long they have been over represented by the minority in our society but what’s the chance of you getting that right when you carnt sort out unemployment heath policing or anything else for that matter it’s merely a matter of time before people realise that governments are corporate

Why is it that man feels that he is unworthy of supremacy without that intervention of divinity for surely if it is a gods plan that man should suffer an eternity looking for that which is not within his grasp his own mastering of mind and actions of kind to one another then surely this is not a god worthy of admirations for his plans are flawed to include that of suffering of those that need not do so for can a god be a god and bring suffering and pain in to it’s own creation for what man or woman would by intention produce a child knowing that it’s life is to suffer and yet we say we are a pale imitation of that which has created and sustains us I feel we have been deceived by the self within us all.. in my search to find that which was first written all I find is man’s imagination and justification for that which is different from the self that long lasting vision of salvation from the self by the self’s reflected image in it’s own eyes all that remains is faded memories of that which we could have been…!

Under 25’s and over 60’s are a greater proportion of the population than those they are being carried by the 25 to 60’s…. the 60 plus get twice as much in benefits as those between 25 and 60 the reason being that they are the biggest group of voters out of all three groups. The government is confident in cutting the benefits of those under the age of 25 for the pure and simple fact that they are the group less likely to vote and thus there be no political repercussions for stopping their monies… hence the wanting to be perceived as doing more for the growing population of elderly but the reality is that regardless of the group you are in the government plans to undercut your standard of living by importing cheap labour into the country not to help us out of economic crisis but to fuel that ever increasing gap between profit and loss… the governments got it but when will the people get it this political system does not give a dam where your from as long as your keeping them in power by your apathy stupidity and reluctance to use your vote to vote the assholes out…!

How convenient that the DWP all of a sudden have lost all my email communications and don’t know what I am talking about when I point out the fact that they have broken my jobseekers agreement… have you jokers been talking to Duncan Smith or Helen Briggs or maybe Stewart Williams as they have that same tendency to lie misrepresent the truth and not answer emails when the truth is pointed out to them…!
