I understand your fear I understand your racism but I’ll never forget your racist bullying and intimidation of a child and then to go on and indorse that same inappropriate behaviour in others how long did you actually think you could do that to people’s children and get away with it you must forget you have children of your own do unto others as you would have them do unto you….!

What conspiracy theory…..
After thought seeing as the judge this morning is the fourth person to mention a conspiracy then that is the theory that I am going with the others have been the DWP, Probation, my previous solicitor and the police. I love the way my brain works being dyslexic has its advantages in that over the next few days it will do its own action replays of this morning’s court hearing ;D
Interestingly different the judge whom I believe was a district judge seemed well informed and appropriate I advised him of my concerns not only to the longevity of this current case but the historical context within which I felt it fell he made a direction for disclosure to the CPS and seemed quite jovial as to the expected lack of communication of the court and as he put it the court system is not perfect and thus neither he nor the CPS prosecutor were aware of my previous court application for both discloser and transference to a higher court he assured me that should I want to go down the road of a conspiracy theory then this would be possibly quite detrimental to myself I assured him that was the road I wanted to go down to which he replied that that could be brought up at a later date. I have been allocated a court solicitor not for representation but to cross examine the principal Stuart Williams whom states that he is fearful of having dealings with me. I’m quite comfortable with that for now as I already have the questions to question both his integrity and motives for such blatantly lying The next trial date is for the 16th May which again gives me time to make further application to the courts and scrutiny in regards to witness statements and those inconsistencies I have already picked up on. I raised the issue of my concerns in that having already having had me arrested over my site I was somewhat concerned as to this being justification for his fears almost a year later either the man is severely weak willed or a dam blasted liar trying to milk it and I know which side I would drop on reporting restrictions for the press seem to be still imposed around the case the only one of forty cases I noticed while I was it there but have. Can there be any semblance of a democratic legal system when there be no separation between the police CPS and judiciary. The last thing I expected was to hear from the CPS after writing to the courts. But in reality it would seem that the courts are more concerned and inclined to communicate with the CPS than self representing individuals. I am fed up with using court appointed solicitors and barristers whom make deals before you even get to court or whom make representation by absence of any form of defence for this smacks of hidden agendas and the swapping of quotas and cases without regard or notion of justice and right and wrong. This smacks of the old boys network of masons and their equals are we guilty by lack of association and lack of the ability to pay for better representation. The more I have to take on the bigots the more I realise that this is not a battle to be won but one that must be fought never the less for I will not Sercombe to racist bullying intimidation victimisation or harassment regardless of if it’s a police officer school principal local MP local council members or local magistrates your authority was given unto you and you are accountable if not to me then to Jah so use and abuse what you will for we all have to stand by that which we consider to be the right thing by us Jah give me strength and guidance

This case has been dragging on for almost a year now but that’s nothing new for it is the 8th consecutive year Rutland Police and Leicestershire CPS have tried to provoke me into action claiming that I am an undesirable violent and volatile young man. The man bit seems to be the only thing the jokers can get right…. having received this morning notification of their intent in tomorrow’s trial I really am not surprised at their underhanded tactics’ to wait until the last minute to present information to myself for being a self representative individual seems to make them even more pedantic and bureaucratic they have now put in 11 hour 45 minutes an application that I not be able to question a witness under the guise that “the quality of the evidence is likely to be diminished if the cross examination is conducted by the appellant in person” ummmmm what they really are trying to say is they do not want me to ask the man to tell the truth not only about the incident but the racist acts and omissions by both himself and his members of staff… but hold on a second what is the point of being able to represent the self if that representation be restricted for should you 1. In the case of the CPS refuse to respond or make available documents applied for under discloser to demonstrate your continual vindictive and malicious attempts at character assignation 2. As the individual claiming to have been assaulted be protected from cross examination that would not only identify your racist nature and inclination but demonstrate your acts and omissions 3. That as the principal of a school you refuse to acknowledge or responds to discloser requests 4. Be supported by a court system that neither acknowledges or responds to reasonable request to make directives 5. Change the nature of the court hearing without informing myself as my own representative. Yes I am being allowed to represent myself but it would seem that that representation is being restricted to my appearance only for that which I seek to demonstrate my innocence is being withheld. Having phoned today to check the court hearing for tomorrow as a whole day had been set aside for this trial I was informed in not too polite a manner that this has now been changed to a directions hearing. Erm excuse me am I not to be notified of such things the response was I’ll give you the CPS number so you can talk with them but hold on your the court surely it should have been your duty to inform me “as I said I’ll give you the CPS” number talk to them. Ummmmmm so much for a separate judiciary whom represent and uphold the truth for what you are in fact telling me is to communicate with you is to communicate with the CPS which is why they responded to my request and you the courts have yet to do so. I made an application to Leicester Magistrates Court for three things 1. That the case be moved to one which has the judicial authority to adjudicate upon cases of racial discriminatory practices 2. That they make an order for the CPS to disclose the requested information that they refuse to by ignoring 3. That they make an order for Catmose College to provide information in relation to all previous meetings as requested. I have yet to hear from the courts so I will be attending tomorrow blind as to what and why it has been changed to a case management or something hearing instead of a full days trial but blind ignorant and uniformed is how they would like to keep the I Jah give me strength and guide I xxX

Anybody that wants to take on their local or national government then send me a message and I will give you free advice and assistance where I can. I have successfully taken on both my local government children’s services and won on at least five occasions, the local police on seven occasions and the national government on two occasions. Its not something I would advise another to do without the consideration of the longer term consequences for once the beast knows your name it does not stop calling it but should your back be against the wall and you need somewhere to turn give me a shout best wishes to one and all 43spiders xxX

Everything comes at a price… we read daily of black males been killed all over the world ;s still got the image of that young man face peeled off ya know dam and how it wasn’t being investigated as a murder wtf the price of our complacency is that it will happen again maybe a little closer to home next time maybe someone we went to school with a friends relative or even closer… we sit back in comfort in ignorance in stupidity and in fear until it happens to us and we wonder why then no one will come and help us cry crocodile cry xxX
